Seventeen incumbents now face a battle to renew their places on the multi-lot framework due to come into force in August 2025.
The bigger existing partners include: Equans, United Living (North), Lovell Partnerships, Rowlinson, Seddon Construction, Anwyl Partnerships and Vistry Partnerships.
Ahead of formally inviting tenders in January, JV North will be holding a virtual supplier engagement event on 4 December.
The primary purpose of the framework will again be new build housing. It is anticipated that the framework will be split into the following lots:
- Lot 1: £0 – £4m
- Lot 2: £4m – £12m
- Lot 3: £12m+
Firms interested in taking part in the supplier engagement sessions at 10am on MS Teams should e-mail JVNorth.
The procurement consortium is also looking to renew its consultants framework and will be holding a virtual supplier engagement session the day after on Thursday 5 December, 10am on MS Teams.
JV North Consortium members include: Bury Council, Johnnie Johnson Housing, One Manchester, Peaks and Plains Housing Trust, Muir Group, Plus Dane Housing, Sovini, Stockport Homes, Stockport Council, Torus, Trafford Housing Trust, Weaver Vale Housing Trust and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.
